Chocolate Thunder Cupcake and Mozberry Cupcake

I wanted to make a very chocolatey cupcake. So this is what I decided to make chocolate mix with chocolate chips inside and chocolate buttercream fudge with chocolate pink dot. Because these cupcakes where so chocolatey I decide to name them Chocolate Thunder Cupcakes.  

The second cupcake is a strawberry flavor with buttercream on top with an edible color flower.
 I named this cupcake Mozberry after one of my favorite singers Morrissey.

Hello Kitty Cupcakes

HELLO KITTY CUPCAKES

Cupcakes were done for a little girl turning 5.  She like's pink and her birthday theme was Hello Kitty. I did two sizes of vanilla cupcakes for her.   

St. Patrick's Day

I made St. Patrick's Cupcakes and I took them to work. I work at a school and there was one particular girl asking for my cupcakes. I had in the pass made some so she wanted more. All the boys and girls enjoyed the cupcakes. I made two different sizes some would eat the the minis but then would want the other size. It's funny how some of them would try to resist not eating more.

Super Bowl Go Gaints

My nephew is a big Gaint Fan. I was happy that they won and he could celebrate with his friends and family. He loves chocolate! What kid doesn't. So I made the Gaint Cupcake Chocolate and the other cupcake vanilla. I bought a halmet cookie cuter and with my husbands help it came out pertty nice.    

Merry Christmas

I love Christmas!

I love decorating the house, getting a Christmas tree, being around family and drinking eggnog. My godson who also loves drinking eggnog asked me to make eggnog cupcakes. Looking in the Internet for a eggnog recipe I found one that was easy to make, so I checked if I had all the ingredients I would need and I was missing the number one thing I needed the EGGNOG. So my godson and I went to the store. He was looking forward to the eggnog cupcakes. Eggnog cupcakes had to be decorated with Christmas sprinkles.       

Birthday Cupcakes

These cupcakes were made with lots of love. It was my sister's birthday. Her theme colors were a dark pink with black. She loves chocolate, so all of her cupcakes were chocolate, moist and delicious. Topping them all with dark pink butter cream. I used black fondant for the bottom of the Jumbo cupcake. I must say after displaying the cupcakes they looked beautiful. My sister loved her cupcakes.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY SISTER!
