Thinking of treats for Thanksgiving - but my family is tired of pumpkin pie. Let them eat cake this time!We wanted something different. I found a great pumpkin cake recipe and I turned it into Plump Pumpkin Cupcakes. They smelled and look great, nice and fluffy - but how did they taste? I left the judging to my boys:
"Amazing!" - my son
"Mouthwatering!" - my godson
"Delicious! I want more." - my nephew
...and my youngest nephew, with his frosting mustache:"Yummy! Yummy! My tummy wants more..."
I think we can safely say that these new cupcakes were a hit. One of my nephews named them Pumpkin Explosion!
